Manual entry works for anything — including items not in the catalogue.
Product, batch and expiry are read from the barcode automatically. First time a new box is seen, you pick the product once and it remembers.
Only Description and Qty are required.

Your company (prints on every challan)
The second QR opens WhatsApp to this number with the challan details ready to send.
Sanjay = S, Tejal = T. Leave blank to use the first letter of the signed-in name. The running count is shared — it does not restart per person.
{FY} = 26-27, {I} = your initial, {####} = running number
Cloud sync (Supabase)
Until this is connected, everything is saved on this PC only. The portal works fully without it — sync just adds shared tracking. Use the anon public key, never the service key.
Customer master (from Tally)
Accepts a CSV or a Tally XML master export. Any columns it recognises
(name, address, GSTIN, drug licence, phone, email) are used; the rest are ignored.
Re-importing updates existing customers rather than duplicating them.
